The time it takes to register an organization depends on how fast the service recipient submits the required documents for registration. Generality: The work of organization registration is completed on the day of receiving the police report on conduct and providing the certificate of organization registration and certified constitution.

A. Application for the registration of the organization signed by the office bearers and members of the Ad Hoc Committee addressed to the District Administration Office, Parsa in the prescribed format (Room No. 13 or can be obtained from the office's website).B. Recommendation of the concerned local level (Metropolitan / Municipality / Village).C. 4 copies of the constitution signed on each sheet by all the office bearers of the ad hoc committee printed on Nepali paper.D. Details including names, addresses, contact numbers, emails, signatures and photos of the office bearers and members of the ad hoc committee of the organization.E. Photocopies of citizenship of all the self-certified ad hoc committee members.F. If it is an organization of businessmen conducting business, a copy of such license and a copy of tax payment is mandatory
Procedures
Those interested in registering the organization have to go to the local administration field (Room No. 13) of the District Administration Office, Parsa to confirm whether the name and purpose of the organization has been registered in the district before. After the name is contested, the interested persons should convene a meeting of at least 3 (three times) members of the ad hoc / management committee and all of them should sign the following minutes (minutes-1) and decisions as follows. After this, another meeting of the ad hoc committee formed by the decision of the meeting will be held and another minute (minute-2) will be held, the sample of which is shown below.
